Printing & Fulfillment

How are our products made?
 

An astounding 85% of all clothing created by the fashion industry end up in landfills. That means that 1 out of every 5 pieces of clothing end up in landfills before ever being worn. By supporting our business, you are supporting products that are made only when orders are received, resulting in significantly less waste than traditional manufacturing. All of our merchandise is produced and delivered only when you place your order. This helps the environment by reducing the amount of things that ends up in landfills.

 

Additionally, we work with manufacturers who provide high-quality materials that survive being worn and being washed while maintaining print colors and fabric softness. Furthermore, for optimal quality, all of our products are OEKO-TEX certified.

We collaborate with a drop shipper that specializes in print-on-demand. They have locations all over the world, so depending on where you're located, your orders will be produced and dispatched from the most efficient facility!
 

What is the time frame for printing my order? 

 

Printing apparel products takes 2-7 business days, while non-apparel products require 2-5 business days, according to our manufacturing partner.

Shipping

When will I get my order?
 

Here are the average delivery times to help you estimate when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification: 

 

  • United States: 3-7 business days

  • International: 7-15 business days

  • Canada: 15 to 30 days


Covid-19 UPDATE
 

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to pre-pandemic levels. We're seeing delays in our supply chains, distributors, and shipping carriers – all industries are grappling with challenges. We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding. 

How do I track my order?
 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@uncommoncreator.com.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Is it common that I only received part of my order? 

 

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent separately. Stickers, mugs, posters, customized cut and sew items, and clothing are occasionally created at different locations and require separate packaging, resulting in multiple deliveries.


 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
 

Before getting in touch with us, please confirm the following:
 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
     

  • Call your local post office if they have your package
     

  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package at their address
     

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@uncommoncreator.com with your order number.
 

If your delivery address is incorrect due to your error, we can send you a replacement order. PLEASE NOTE: shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Returns, Cancellations, & Exchanges

Is it possible to return or exchange a product? 

 

Items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged upon arrival or lost in the mail. Everything is made to order, which means that we don't keep inventory.  

 

Please double-check the size chart before purchasing to ensure that clothing fits accurately. 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. The last thing we want is for you to be unsatisfied with a damaged or incorrectly ordered item. If this occurs, please contact us immediately for a free replacement! We have a 14-day replacement policy on incorrect/damaged items. After the initial 14-day window, however, we won't be able to offer you a free replacement. 

 

Please email Customer Support at support@uncommoncreator.com with photos of the unsatisfactory product, your order information, and your order number so we can make it right.

Can I cancel my order if it has not yet been shipped? 

 

Yes! If the printing process on any of your items has not yet begun, we will gladly cancel and refund your order. However, if the printing process has started, we will not be able to provide a refund due to production costs.
